Dara Bergeron is one of Toronto’s best-known personal trainers and women’s fitness experts. Since training her first client in 1999, Dara has trained in small studios, large fitness clubs, medical clinics and everything in between, honing a unique style that reflects her experience and creativity.
While pregnant with her first child in 2006, Dara began specializing in prenatal and postnatal fitness, then opened Belly Bootcamp in 2009 during her second pregnancy. Now a mother of three, Dara combines years of hands-on experience with the latest research in the field as she oversees BB classes and personal training. Dara’s mission at the helm of BB is to improve women’s prenatal and postnatal training and outcomes, through positive, progressive, and confidence-building coaching.
In addition to writing the award-winning BB blog, Dara is a regular contributor to various local, national and international parenting sites and has appeared variously online, in print and on TV.
