Amy has made Toronto her home since moving here with her husband and young son in 2012 from Scotland, by way of Ireland. From an early age, Amy trained horses and riders of all levels and added   rowing, boxing, gaelic football and rugby to her athletic repertoire while at university. While pregnant with her second child in 2015, Amy felt strongly inspired to help other moms get and stay strong, as she was able to, during and after pregnancy. Amy became certified by the Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals (2015) while still pregnant. With a background in Human Resources, Amy enjoys the social aspect of the belly bootcamp classes and loves seeing women benefit from the group dynamic.  A genuine lover of working out, Amy brings energy and focus to her BB classes and personal training sessions. When she’s not training, Amy is an avid skier and snowboarder and busy mama of two in Toronto’s west end.
