Suzanne is trained in the YogaWorks method (a combination of Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions) & has taught Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and Restorative yoga classes. Fitness has always been a central part of Suzanne’s life and she is a lifelong swimmer; after having her daughter she recognized in a new and more complete way how important exercise is to physical and mental well-being. Suzanne attained her personal training certification and now focuses on prenatal/postnatal wellness, teaching at BB, at various Toronto yoga studios, and one-on-one  in clients’ homes. Suzanne tailors her teaching to individual clients with a focus on safe movement and strength-building, all while having some sweaty fun. Originally from Vancouver, she now happily makes Toronto her home with her partner, Colin, and daughter, Lola.
