Meet Josy from our Bloor West location. Since joining BB last November, Josy has brought her A-game to every class, dropping weight, slimming down, and rehabilitating a knee injury through it all. She’s never fazed when she has to modify for her knee pain and doesn’t miss a beat when her little guy, Zaidan, wants to be part of the action. We know her amazing attitude will keep her #bbresults going strong! Thanks, Josy!

What brought you to BB? How long did you train?

I initially came to BB because I had gained over eighty pounds with my pregnancy and wanted desperately to get back to my fit self. I have now been training for a little over 4 months and I feel amazing, even with only one class a week. I now have only 15 pounds left to lose to get back to my pre-baby weight.

What results have you experienced?

I have shed close to 25 pounds since I started with BB and I feel much more toned than before, especially in the abdominal area. My knee pain is almost completely gone and my range of motion has increased when doing the exercises in class. But best of all, I can fit into some of my old clothes again! 🙂

How do you stay active outside of BB?

I walk alot with my baby and I have an elliptical trainer at home that I try to use at least once a week.

What is your #1 fitness goal now?

My fitness goal is to continue to tone my body and to lose that final 15 pounds.

Fave healthy food?

I love parsley, cucumber and tomato salad in the summer.

Fave BB exercise?

I love to hate squats! The plank is a fave. I couldn’t do it when I started the classes and now I can actually hold it for at least 10 seconds

Exercise you want to punch in the face?

Wall sit and burpee.

Last splurge food or drink?

OMG… Nutella and decadent chocolate chip cookies. So bad but so good.
